When you use Elevify, we collect the information you enter into document forms in order to generate your document, and your email address if you choose to download a document, create an account, or make a purchase.
We use the information you provide solely to generate the documents you request, manage your account and credits, process payments, and send essential account communications such as sign-in links and receipts. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Elevify does not store your card details.
We retain document data associated with your account so you can access your document history from your dashboard. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
